i went the sales office twice and waiting the remaining block launching.
in term of price jadite i feel a bit cheaper

i dun feel the scale model at their sales gallery same as the site.
i has visit the site seems look smaller

Like that i should pay a visit in Jadith since I also stay nearby only =D
if for ownstay, both Jadith & CT are good, Jadehill quiet peace environment, but far to the amenities. I stay nearby also hardly find any nice foods around! only satay kajang & Mamak~!
Stay Kajang but only enter kajang town 1-2 times a year.. tongue.gif

guess both are good choice, low density with clubhouse facilities. One is higherground another one greenery environment.
CT is near to amenities but access still need to finalized.

Jadith launch their phase 2-3 ady? If getting it for ownstay, gonna wait for last phase, most probably the best one?

Dont worry,
u can wait for Block C & D to launch (Jadite), stil have time as CT officially launch in early September.
Guess we would have more informations to analyze which dabest for our style biggrin.gif

Yea just do some research on Jadite.
Read propcafe review on it. not bad, just the facade too simple, lack of "Ommph". or maybe the scale model too simple, final outcome might be differ.

both have similarity in term of pricing
but jadite more facilities
the way entrance to jadehill were nicely done with the lanscape
develope by proven developer Gamuda (property appreciation quite high after completion )
a place to stay with exclusiveness feel

CT near to city
hope CT could meet up the expectation

I think you know the answer ady? Haha CT probably dont have the nice landscape as Jadite. CT surroundings abit messy too.
Depends on your need/preference.

Whats package for Jadite now? Dibs with any discount??

Usually....for own stay my check list is:

1)Low density bcs we dislike too many people in and out. or avoid too chap.

2)Greenery environment. bcs we need to forget our problem at office...business....sometime family.

3)Security and good neighbourhood. Good neighbour I generally look for which areas with more highclass people.

4)good management - good facilities become bad if not good maintenance.

5) Location - I usually put this last for own stay. Bcs if location very good. Usually very chap and messy, high price, not greenery. ( meaning totally bad for long term own stay)

6) Price, what u pay is what u get ( usually)


Ct or jadite better for above now? which one will be better in next 10 years?...20 years?......30 years ? u can do your check list. i just help u to open it.

But in-case not own stay...another question is which unit can rent out easy?... which one have less supply/competitor for rent....Which one people might willing to pay higher.

I miss out any, from 1 to 6?
