The Prodigy M will fit most long cards, so nothing to worry about. Just pick any of your choice.
Mobo wise, it depends on your budget. I'd go for the Maximus Gene VII  wub.gif

yes the Gainward GTX760 should be able to fit in the Prodigy-M but do be careful if you're thinking of fitting two of them as you might need to remove the 5.25" bays, single card is no problem at all wink.gif

as for the motherboard, yes the Asus Maximus Gene VII is truly desireable if you have deep pockets lolz but any MATX or MITX mobo will fit, not really a recommendation but generally I'll choose one that has an x1 PCI-e lane on top of the x16 for starters.. other features are just secondary to me wink.gif

oh and a modular PSU like the Silverstone Strider Plus 600W will help with the cable management as well

I'll stick to M.2 compared to Sata express in small form factors, it's just n=more convinient.. as at now mATX mobos that have M.2 slots are

Asus Maximus Gene VII
Asus Z97M Plus
Asus Z97-I Plus
Asus H97M-E
Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5
MSI Z97M Gaming
MSI Z97M G43
MSI H97M G43

can google and look at the specs and layout wink.gif I do like the Z97M Plus actually, Asus really did great with their gold colour this time

Thank you, but I am settled with Prodigy M instead, bought from Ideal Tech outlet last week. It is nice and simple, purchased together with side windows. Removed the 2.5" vertical bay as it obstruct the to the internal view. I am thinking to give it some modification, to shift the 2.5" vertical to front (beside the PSU) as I need my 2 SSDs to be hang up there and 1 HDD at the floor of the case.

erm.. side windows for the Prodigy-M? you mean you bought the Prodigy mITX's side panel? but yeah if you can shift the HDD/SSD bracket then it'll be sweet! just check for clearance wink.gif oh BTW what mobo you're using? cause if its a new build chances are that you can get an M.2 drive to replace your SSDs wink.gif

It is mATX, and according to the youtube, window panel for mITX is little higher compare to mATX which is located lower, must be to view to where the mobo is. Currenty I am using MSI B85M-G43, the 2.5" vertical drive bay is located at the right side, it would be much nicer if we can do something to relocate it to the left side, just to cover the PSU and exposing the mobo.

Prodigy M users, how do you all fit the top fans, air inward or outward? I am using the MSI Twin Frozr GC, I am afraid if pushing the air outward, the air flow will conflicted between these 2 fans. Putting inward likely inviting more dust, but the GPU's temperature improved to below 40°C as opposed to others at more than that.

I believe it is yes, according to the review. Currently I am using the black prodigy m and due to the mesh for air flow, the PSU fan is a bit loud especially when using the PC at late night.

I haven't seen anyone does that yet but I think chassis selection shouldn't affect the OS

for Prodigy M, Phenom M and Colossus M, the top mesh is for intake and exhaust is through the bottom and back sweat.gif if you have no fans at the bottom, place the magnetic heat shield

That one is Prodigy MITX? because AMD doesn't have MITX mobo

for the MITX version, there are a few, the Korean versions normally will have meshed front panels, doesn't matter black or white, internally, they're the same so every panel made for the prodigy will fit onto another prodigy... not including the MATX versions where the PSU is at the front instead of the bottom

for the MATX versions the PSU is at the front while the MITX versions PSU mount is at the bottom, PSU loudness will depend on the brand and type of fans used in the PSU

intake for both versions, you may place up to a 230mm fan or 240mm Radiator at the front for the MITX versions while the MATX versions will be intake for the PSU
