Anyone facing charge issues on Pixel XL2?

I plug it into the factory-supplied charger (+ cable) and it does not do anything. Its happened a few times. I wriggle the cable connection and the charge lightning symbol appears for a split second, and disappears for good.

Then I plug it into the 6p charger (+6p cable), and it works.

Another 2 times I woke up in the morning and the battery did not charge. In fact it dropped. The unit was plugged into the wall.

Researched a few sites like productforums.google.com, and generally they go for a full product return.

In any case, this device is still really awesome. Great, great photos. I'd still buy it in a heartbeat.

My Pixel 2 XL has been lagging quite badly of late. Camera is very slow and doesn't rotate nor switch to portrait mode properly (only half screen showing). Other apps are taking a long time to load too, e.g. maps and YT.
