No matter how much people trying to say they earn a lot from in/contra, I try my best not to believe. Not to say that I'm being sour grape. I remember at times, I can earn like a month salary just day trade, but how many times we can do this? 1 time a year? I still believe in the long run, if you have the holding power and buy quality stocks, you still outrun them. You never see traders at the top 10 richest, but one of the top 3 is holding stocks forever right? He should be the example that we should learn and follow. Just my opinion though.

Ya, long term one (1 year) is more on FA. one good real example here is Pana, the value/dividend investor. Geng! biggrin.gif
But some TA also earn big buck like DMC, Sky and etc.
Hardly hear anyone get rich by being a Contra/Intra.

I think long term example would be mopster. You refer back to history, you will realized he hold a lot of fundamentally strong counters. And I think Sky gor is FA, just that he plays with smaller size counters.
