yeah, heal recovery rate depends on your HP. Luckless magician is possible if you want to use only common armor (sauna robe, cape, etc.) and low level wands and i think adding HP for each lvl up will not bring much difference for a magician. |

Heal rate to party members depends on the cleric's max HP, but when healing monsters it depends on your INT too.
