its not 100% scammer, you give them meso, they buy you the cash item, and send it to you. but as you can see..its prone to scam. worse, you get caught by GM..and banned.

your base LUK should be 42 for next level, so..5 AP are not enough. unless you have some other equipment that adds LUK.

if you really want to re-learn Magic Guard, i strongly suggest you restart. else, you need to buy 6 x SP reset (3) card = 27,000 cash points..you can make better use of that ammount of cash for pets or 2x experience cards. level 3X aren't that far afteral.
