TBH we all know RMA is very often in IT field especially electronics with our country's weather as a powerful weapon always prone to damage... so therefore like example modems and others keeps failing

the funny part is... just RMA modem/router itself already like there's 10-15 stuffs, and worse some items like rams / hdd's and other items can be easily forgotten by buyers to collect from the shop, and some may Due up to 1-2 years depending on how long the shop has open

so i am asking here under Both Seller's Rights and buyers rights...

As MOST shop listed... anything that is repaired / RMA-ed successfully if never collect within 3-6 months will deem as customer forfeited the item and can be disposed...

but the problem if i never write such T&C, how would it be? must i kept the items for the buyers FOREVER? or there's a general rule / T&C that has the rights to overwrite general RMA warranty t&C

1 of the reason is too much space reserved for RMA items ... need more space for more items tongue.gif

Thanks!

I'm partially don't agree with u...firstly, those are not yours...try contact the owners some more...secondly, 3-6 months is a short period of time...if i do agree it should be at least 1 year...

3-6 months is long enough, and what i mean is after repaired and notification we give 3-6 months period~

nevertheless i've solved this issue with help of some law related friends... time to close biggrin.gif
