omg, that's alot of discount for 1.6HS!!!    How come glenmarie SA never gives discount for 1.8? I know this might be a little sensitive, but does anyone here in KL managed to get some?

haha actually i can afford to wait a couple of months. Anyway, probably not cancelling it. "Resale value" is not one of the major decision factors. 
But if they reveal a facelift version with 6 airbags, auto-folding side mirrors, full taillights, and additional bells & whistles in Q1 2013 then i'd definitely bang my jewels hard. 

wat i meant by facelift (probably in m'sia later) is the similar spec setup as current US/Korean versions. They have GDI engines, nice big HU, parallel parking assist and 6 airbags...dem 

yeah AFTA...if there really is change i guess it wouldn't be dramatic. Imagine the reactions from all the recent car buyers

Test drive both models....Elantra 1.8P with Forte 2.0 SX Koup(this is not apple to apple...2dr vs 4 dr), while Elantra 1.6HS with Forte 1.6SX/2.0SX Sedan ....follow price range, and compare apple with apple please, not apple with orange...after test drive, then see which 1 u like more, follow ur heart...

changed color to white, second choice is silver.

for my sentra. its a 2002 model 1.5

hit a lorry and still standing,
water boiled and hose burst, engine still ok
hit a rock and all minyak hitam drained, drove for a while but engine still ok.
every 3 months drive 15k KM, car still ok..

odo meter alreay reaching 450k, but car is still good
