guys, whats the exact current otr price for elantra,

Mornin guys.. wnt to ask bout my car ..this morning when brake at traffic light...quite a hard 1...then can hear like a rubbing sound ..thn i try again n it still there...any1 experience the same? Is the oil nt enough or smtg? Btw..hvnt done my frst serv still.. few more miles to go..
