Hi all, planning to get a black HE 1.6HS. From KL, just wanted to know how long it will take? Is the waiting list very long?

Hi all, really interested in getting this car. However a few doubts crossed my mind, first of, just wondering about the maintenance and service. Is it expensive? I used to drive a myvi, just want to know how much more expensive. Looking at both the 1.6 HS and the 1.8..
Another issue is the resale value.. is it really that bad? say if I were to sell this car 5 years + down the road?
