i also kena with him yesterday. he advertised for cupcake maker and i did not double check his background. im seeing the cop tomorrow. has anybody lodge a police report?? what did the police say?

He is very daring now, he sms telling me he 'refunded' double the money that I transferred to him, and asked me to transfer back the 'additional' money he refunded to me. WHAT A CON MAN.

And I just got a call again from another person (sounds like a different person) but assuming its from the same cheater company..that he is now trying to verify my payment and asking me for my bank account details.
I told him that he is being reported to police and his name is all over the Internet!

Any news from the cops?

I'd be interested to know what the cops and gomen are doing about these scammer b*st*rds. Apa guna ada cyber security law and multimedia commision kalu cybercrime untouchable?

you'll find the same name selling cheap cameras also.

also the acemusicalinstrument.com website is registered by a construction company in KL.
and can companies in malaysia use Ltd instead of Bhd?

i ordered baby product from him and bank in the payment. and he said that he quoted wrong and ask me to bank in the balance.
i lost rm 1500 to him. i lodge the report and the police did nothing. i'm really upset.

funny... these type of scams always used sarawak cities (eg. limbang, sibu, etc) as their so called base or main office. maybe they thought nobody interested to investigate the existence of their company in the address...

fyi, i'm not being racist but it's hard to find an indian company in those cities

btw, try report/forward this case together with ur police report to SKMM and/or KPDN

what username he used? if u search OLX there is one person using same phone number and diff username and addrs

yup..i think same person.. he use different nicknames and addresses and only use 1 phone number. i think it's the same person in mudah.com too. so becareful of this person. please do check on his no.phone and company address..

You are right....when i was in Kuching...i don't see any indians at all...no mamak stall or indian stall for Roti Canai....Indians are very rare in Sarawak...

heres what u can do.
partner with someone u know who sells 'stuff'...u know 'stuff' like the white powder...
then give the cops a tipoff that he'll be receiving a shipment soon.

basically u must give the cops some kinda sense of urgency...
like that number / acc is related to some kidnapping / whatever...then u'll see something being done

fake report is fake report, who cares...thats for the cops to find out and for u to keep quiet.

Hey, thanks for posting this up. I googled and found lowyat forum regarding this guy. I almost bought from him a Roland Vdrum and he quote me RM1050 including delivery. That's 75% cheaper than market rate. i got suspicious and i googled and stumbled upon this thread.

Anyway, i gonna play him out and ffk him.
