How to directly use maybank debit card as payment method? I can use steam wallet no problem, but I'd rather not.

So now I have 2 computers with steam in it. Can I just use backup and restore feature to copy the downloaded game from one computer to another, since my internet speed are only 1mbps, can't afford to download 40gb+ all over again
