Simple question such as: I want to open a beach side cafe that serves alcohol, how to apply license for it?

Whats the SOP to apply for it? or need to use runner???? its 2021 alredi..... sadly Malaysia is still soo backwards....

From this forum this questions seems unanswered..... many says use runner, buy over another company that alredi has the license....???!!

So what the easiest method? anyone can advise? dont so kedekut ilmu lar to those who managed to open a cafe that serves alcohol....

Some youtuber need to come out to share the procedures.... im sure u will get a huge fan base very quickly.

This era, in Malaysia still need to feed the whites and also the black..... proper licensing to the whites..... meanwhile how much to pay to the blacks? (mafia, syndiket, gangster)

This needs to be revealed openly.... its 2021 alredi....anyone can share their experience....?
