Ekocheras will have cineplex besides the MRT station with a link pedestrian bridge to be built by Prasarana.

EkoCheras should get tenants like Cold Storage Marketplace (with cafe inside), Japan's FamilyMart, a Fitness First Platinum, a cineplex of any brand, and a buffet restaurant like Saisaki and 1 Market Big Buffet by Chef Wan (refer to Plaza Singapura in Singapore).

I'm just amazed this project already 106 pages when the construction works haven't started....
