怡克伟士（Ekovest）将在吉隆坡蕉赖发展一项称为EcoBusiness Park的综合型计划，地点就在蕉赖捷运站旁。

这项概念商用、广场和住宅的房产计划，发展总值13亿2000万令吉，预计将在明年初推出。

计划包括顶层连接的双子塔、63个单位4至6层的店铺办公楼、一座15层高的办公楼兼陈列室等。

获8050万辅助金

Eco Business Park共有1800个SOHO单位，分布在两座高楼，另有两座服务型公寓，下端几层将是餐饮店，方便住户和上班族。

以发展基建工程闻名的怡克伟士，更获得政府提供8050万令吉的辅助金，或相等于最高10%总建造成本。

怡克伟士独资子公司Prompt资本，日前与代表政府的首相署旗下公共与私人领域合作单位（PPPU）和大马发展银行（BPMB）签约。

改善邻近交通网络

款额将通过大马发展银行释出，最迟在2018年6月30日或建竣时释款，以改善邻近的交通网络。

蕉赖美达花园交通圈向来是塞车黑区，据悉，怡克伟士将运用有关辅助金改善这里的交通，包括兴建高架桥和增加回转路口，疏散车流量。

No lah...the fund has no condition attached but on reimbursable basis i.e. developer has to incur first and then claim from the fund.

Anyway, it's only 10% so if the infrastructure cost is RM30m, only can claim RM3m...not significant enough but better than don't have
