怡克伟士(Ekovest)将在吉隆坡蕉赖发展一项称为EcoBusiness Park的综合型计划,地点就在蕉赖捷运站旁。

这项概念商用、广场和住宅的房产计划,发展总值13亿2000万令吉,预计将在明年初推出。

计划包括顶层连接的双子塔、63个单位4至6层的店铺办公楼、一座15层高的办公楼兼陈列室等。

获8050万辅助金

Eco Business Park共有1800个SOHO单位,分布在两座高楼,另有两座服务型公寓,下端几层将是餐饮店,方便住户和上班族。

以发展基建工程闻名的怡克伟士,更获得政府提供8050万令吉的辅助金,或相等于最高10%总建造成本。

怡克伟士独资子公司Prompt资本,日前与代表政府的首相署旗下公共与私人领域合作单位(PPPU)和大马发展银行(BPMB)签约。

改善邻近交通网络

款额将通过大马发展银行释出,最迟在2018年6月30日或建竣时释款,以改善邻近的交通网络。

No lah, this is the UKAS fund whereby government will subsidize 10% of the infrastructure improvement by developer and developer still have to pay 90%

No lah...the fund has no condition attached but on reimbursable basis i.e. developer has to incur first and then claim from the fund.

Anyway, it's only 10% so if the infrastructure cost is RM30m, only can claim RM3m...not significant enough but better than don't have
