Sorry that I'm not property agent and I got some inside news only. If I'm not mistaken price RM600++/sqft.

Duplex SOHO for RM420k... how much can the rental after completion? let's say 90% loan, instalment is around 1900/mth... can rent out at 2000/mth ?

If the project is under HDA and developer applied for developer license then the bank should classified as residential loan
