Btw Ekovest is a contractor of many our national megaprojects. One of the many contractors. This is their first KL property development.

Many Gen Y today has no problem with SOHO... what more a duplex SOHO. Many Gen Y want to be entrepreneurs too.

The SOHO towers are the landmark of this project including its height like a 60-storey building and its sky facilities. I think SOHO is nearest to MRT station as well.

That higher standard... please leave them for MK/PJ Damansara/Kota Damansara/Bangsar/Subang Jaya/Bandar Sunway areas where property prices are much more expensive...
