Heih! Now I'm browsing around the Jelly Bean emulator on my MacBook. In the Apps Drawer, I found app called as "API Demos". Here what the new features I can look the demo.
And I interested with this function: Views > Hover Events

Just now I know, this function already exist since API Level 14 (Android 4.0 - Ice Cream Sandwich), but I didn't noticed before.
For now, this function not so useful because not many or no device using mouse or touch pad with cursor in Android OS.
But I think the day will come when the device manufacturer managed to make touch screen device with some hover function.
