When you say "navigation", it has to use GPS. You may have maps and applications on your app. It may be able to show you route from one point to another point. But if it needs to "navigate" you, it HAS to have GPS. Even network triangulation cannot be used for navigation.

This will get really interesting actually..Apple with its own maps, Google will want to improve their product as well..We consumers will benefit..
