Sorry I'm not referring to you. I understand in your part it was HopShopGo that made the transaction for you and no proxy involved.

I was referring to Mikelanding, he bought the Nexus 7 using a malaysian credit card and if I'm correct, you would have to get into the Google Play device website first right?
It just that I didn't know before that you can even pay through a secure transaction USING a proxy as maybe Google Checkout security can detect that you are indeed using a proxy and therefore the transaction is rejected.

I don't really know as I have never tried it before. Nvm, carry on.

Well I tried to order another unit using google wallet with my credit card tied to it.

1. Initially the card was with my Malaysia billing address.
2. With USProxy I am able to go to Google Play to pre order
3. Check out with google wallet and it denied because card address is Malaysia.
4. Went into google wallet and update address to US HopShopGo address
5. Logon to google play and preorder then check out completed
6. Got email confirmation from google play ... hurray 
7. 10 minutes Google Play cancel my order and suspend my wallet account
8.  reason - cannot verify card address 

Hmmmm so for this to work you must have a Google Wallet account with credit card that already has been verify. So bro gin&tonic looks like no bulk order from me

Got and email from HopShopGo, it seems that Google does not allow shipping to HopShopGo so they had arrange to have it to another address and now redirecting back to HopShopGo and it should arrive anytime now. which is why the delay, looks like many people are using shipforme and buyforme services.

I tried using VPN but it reject both my Citibank & CIMB credit card. I was using my existing google play account. Did you create a new account.

i tried it as soon as I reset my device and used superfreevpn to connect to Play store. Also make sure all your location services are turned off. Works on mine using my only google account.

so after finish used up the USD25 only setup back Nexus 7 or do another reset again?

after purchase the app will bind to our google account right? so in SGS II also will show up as well
