Total how much do you pay for the nexus 7 16gb to malaysia?

I try to use my malaysia credit card on the google checkout page, i get the below warning

"This seller does not accept payments from your location."

1) Any idea how do you use your malaysia credit card to order it?
2) Did you open a new google gmail by using the US ip to order it?

But when checkout time, google need us to log in to our gmail account to checkout. On gmail account i already have my credit card detail and only thing i change is the shipping address to change it to hopshopgo that given us the us address.

I have order it and direct send to malaysia. But maybe will be late because their website showing will be available 15/8/12.

Nexus 7 16gb US249 + Shipping cost US57.71 = US306.71

I think this is the best way to skip the tax, hopshopgo commission charge and extra shipping cost.

I thought want to use the hopshopgo buyforme service but the shipping cost will be around $25+ to ship it to malaysia and it quick expensive.

Will anyone like to arrange group buy to reduce the shipping cost?
