You don't even need a voltage regulator. What you need is just a adapter that can fit the particular pin. The given adapter has an input range from 110 to 240V. It itself is a voltage regulator that provides 5V 2A constant out.

To me, AMOLED is good (as I'm using one, sure support support) at contrast. I normally put my GNex on Auto Brightness. In most situation, it won't go full brightness. When I purposely set it to max brightness, it's hurting my eyes. This never happened when I'm using the SLCD in Galaxy W. It's not so bright or maybe hurting due to the extreme contrast.
AMOLED colour is really not natural. Too vibrant and saturated. Its White will never be white without extreme tuning while SLCD's white can easily be white. Even on the low end device like Galaxy W or HTC Mozart with SLCD. We must admit that LCD technology is far more mature than AMOLED. It was in the market decades ago while AMOLED is only starting.
Issue like Burn In (image retention) in AMOLED is an evident that the technology is not mature enough. But IPS Screen (the one on N7) also has image retention issue Not to mention the light leak etc.
Both have own advantage. You want pure white, get LCD. Want extrasaturated colour, get AMOLED

Seems like she/he is ordering 3 units at a time. The USD15 postage is shared with 3 devices thus it's much cheaper. Else if ordering it one unit at a time to US Address, it already cost RM667. I calculated. Ordering 3 devices at once, each only cost RM632. Then selling at 770 maybe the seller earn around 80~100 perhaps?
