Greetings amphibians.

Its been a while since my last post here.
Been busy i guess.

Just want to share a video taken by me with a D7000 + 60mm D lens.
This is the first few dives so im using AF.
You can see that there is a bit of focus hunting.
But now i've changed it to Mf and been loving it ever since.
Perfect for macros.

To those who dont know,
the different between muck diving and divesite diving is that in muck,
u just go to the sandy area, for example in front of the beach. whereas in
normal divesite dive there is corals and what not.

So please watch it (try it in HD) and c&c are most welcome.

Cheers & enjoy

cant get it to embed.

Hey guys,
Just want to share my dive video.
This is taken at a dive site called Coral Garden.
Hence the title an evening in the garden.
It is situated behind Gem Island.
Please watch it, any c&c are most welcome.

what underwater casing you used for your d7000?

why dont you mute the video volume? that way can get rid of the AF noise

i use Ikelite with modular port for my 60mm.
Well about the noise, there was a video i shot a year back and
i muted the ambient noise and put a song.
It turns out people did not like that, well some of them.
They contended that i should leave some ambient so that they
know what it sounds like underwater.

So that is why i stayed the ambient and put a song in 50/50 kinda way.
dat way, best of both world, hopefully.

and yes.. the af sound is quite annoying doesnt it nod.gif
