Yes. Security film must stick direct to the glass. It doesn't help much if you use dual layer 4 + 4. It will not double up to 8 mil protection rate. Best to just go direct 6 mil.

Anyway just for info, 3M no more security tint.Locally ada pun is fake most probably at the price you mentioned. They got recalled about 2 years back and since then, sudah extinct.

If you really wanna put security film, Llumar is the best for protection according to many tint shop.

You want tint your car 2nd layer mou? My SA got give me voucher for the tint. I think is 200 cash voucher from Breyton.If you got another voucher, even better. Sekali use 2 alot of discount. You want I give you la if want yam cha in Penang area. I went back to tint my 2nd layer with Ecotint, but now tai wok yeh. 25% VLT only. LOL.

Yes Llumar is not cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.I personally hantam Llumar protected glass with helmet and brick 10 - 15 times no issue during demo in a shop. Not sure about Huper Optik or the likes. Security film I only know Llumar and Ecotint. At least these 2 are the ones I've tried and tested. But security film anything 4 mil and above four windows already at the very least 1K.But of course there are plenty of brands out there. Cheaper ones you can try Agard also ... maybe around 500 bucks after discount like that.Normal price is around ngam ngam 1K. But almost year round 50% or sometimes on groupon just 300 bucks. But quality is.... u must try then you know.

Guys any of you got any of your cars that has been Auto Foamed by KL auto? Just want to hear some reviews on the product. Not really bothered if it helps chassis strengthening and what not, just want a quieter ride.
