Also, the Mazda6 has got no rear air-cond vents. For a D-segment, that really suck.

I think VW & Toyota gets the right strategy on the D-segment. Emphasis on conservative yet classy design, comfort and reliability. The preferences of majority D-segment buyers which are mostly older, mature buyers.

The Passat may looked unker, boring and sedated to K5 fans but lo and behold, it out-trumps the 'sporty' korean in performance aspects. Higher hp and torque, faster acceleration 0-100km/h and all this with better fc!!! I'd imagine Passat to have better handling too. I'll leave that to Kadajawi to assess. In short, better have a slow-looking fast car than a fast-looking slow car.

Edit: My mistake, K5 have higher hp. But still, poorer torque & 0-100.

But the boss himself is a sepang kaki.... drives Evo 9 geh... so these kinda things i work closely with him lor... price also very affordable those fren fren price...

If you go fancy workshop ... then u pay thru your nose...
