-Up to 15months 1 to 1 Warranty

This is what u wrote at the front page. I got a receipt to prove that my battery was just less than 6 months of purchase during that time together with whatsapp messages to prove that right.

So when can i get my battery back?

Please be noted 15month warranty was 2years ago's promotion.
If we took too long period to claim your battery you may call us. We didn't ever reject any customer's call.
Please be understanding Century normally takes about few month to replace our claim batteries, we are waiting them also. But we will replace to customer first if they really need it urgent. You can call us 017-384 1229 / 03-7773 1104. But make sure it's under our company. TQ.

Just to be fair to you guys, I did receive my battery back yesterday. However, I was required to pay extra RM30 for something that isn't my fault from the very beginning. It's not about the money, but it's the services that you guys provide to your customer. Frankly speaking, I bought the battery somewhere in April, and the battery gave way in September (based on the WhatsApp conversation).

You guys did send someone to exchange the battery, but I was given an old unit and was told that it's just a temporary solution while waiting for the RMA unit. It was cool during that time as I was told that I would get a new unit somewhere next month or so, and I was waiting for it since the very last conversation with you guys. So in regardless of the 15 months warranty of 12 months warranty, I'm pretty sure I was still in within the warranty period.

However, I did WhatsApp you guys several times( December, Feb, April, May, August) and what I was told that you guys had no stocks? Anyways, thanks for sending the battery over and I could say that it's not a new unit by looking at the condition of the battery.
