hey what should i do if i want to change my rom from omega to WanamLite Smooth, can i back up and restore and keep my original stuff? how do i do it ... pls advice

is there settings in the s3 to set specific notification tone to different notifications? want to have diff sounds instead of a single tune for every sms,email i get
