after finish root, turn off phone
then turn on phone by hold home button + volume up + power
and make backup, then you got nandroid backup

using nimpo

just hold (home + volume up + power) to turn on phone into recovery mode
make sure you root using chainfire method, else don't press it
if not factory reset your phone
