try checkROM, very fast + nimpho kernel, and dev very helpful 
all i know is JB animation when you open any apps
lol, give at least 3 month time 

Now if i want to revert to stock rom without root , download the firmware and then just flash it using CWM ?

Flashing checkrom no need full wiped and it is too awesome to miss now. ;-)

I don't think they change policy to completely drop internet access.

At least I still using DiGI last year and no such symptoms.

CheckROM took out quit a lot Samsung apps but you can restore back all using it kitchen pro. I already restore mine all. You can pick restore one by one or just use that restore all zip.

Beside this, mod is really easier as everything is inside the kitchen pro.

Kitchen pro is available at play store FOC for checkrom. ;-)
