QUOTE(benny888 @ Jun 26 2012, 07:21 AM) Do a backup from recovery. Your rom plus all your stuff will be 100% backup. Restoring back this backup will give you exactly what you have at point of backup but i would like to install a new custom rom, do i still do that? sorry im really new at this. they say its a no wipe rom, what is it ...This post has been edited by minde: Jun 26 2012, 07:23 AM |

QUOTE(jepertine90 @ Jun 25 2012, 09:26 PM) I drop mine on the tar road, screen cracked, the 'metal colour like boarder' a chunk of it drop out.. IT IS PLSATIC!! WHOLE PHONE IS PLASTIC!!! I will send a complaint to Samsung HQ Korea immediately and demand them to use Cobham or Kevlar armour in SGS3 next batch.QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Jun 25 2012, 09:26 PM) ya LOL If you hate or lazy doing any backup and restore then i suggest you avoid rooting and flashing. It will save you any hussle later on.... I believe your files been wipe out when you do your first hard/factory reset. I did advise you to transfer all your important files to your external sdcard first before doing your very first hard/factory reset.but very very hate backup and restore apps using titanium backup even using pro version furthermore, can you share what folder you have at sdcard ? want compare mine @@ and you got the over the horizon mp3 inside Samsung > Music folder ? QUOTE(Leo the Lion @ Jun 25 2012, 10:00 PM) just now sold my s3. Added on June 25, 2012, 10:04 pmhate to break it to you guys but honestly, this time... I'm very2 disappointed with Samsung Galaxy S3 quality. Unlike my Galaxy Note, use 2-3 months naked, then got scratch I immediately put flip case and SP, S3 in other hand, doesn't need 1 week to get scratch on the back and I was CAREFUL enough not to scratch by putting syilling, other thing else inside my pocket with the phone, yet a scratch happens, ain't even reach 1 week, already wear flip case worth RM159 also got scratch????And I sold coz I'm frustrated and worried...that the phone might get more scratch even if I'm being extremely careful with it. need to cool off with s3 thingy. |

Hope you have more luck on your next phone buying. Using hard casing make your former S3 more prone to get scratch than using it naked. My S3 still in pristine condition since I bought it 3 weeks ago and i use my phone naked just as it was meant to be. Added on June 26, 2012, 7:55 am QUOTE(alrasla @ Jun 26 2012, 07:33 AM) yesterday just get it. Carefull when using casing especially hard casing as your phone can easily got scratch using that type of casing. Use soft pouch instead or use it naked.i'm new to smart phone.. s3 white 16gb.. any recomment quality flip cover for s3 n screen protector? using 64gb memory class10 will make phone lagging? (planing to get 1 soon) 64GB sdxc card won't make your lagg. Make sure no corrupt files reside inside your sdcard. Broken files make your phone lagg as it keep scanning. Always do a backup in case you do not like the new rom or your phone hang during flashingIt is similar to putting on your safety belt I would say backup is compulsory. Choice is yours |
