Hi there, got my S3 on Sunday, been using it until now, so far so good, the phone is very responsive and very fast, but enabled mobile data and it generates heat a lot.

I've updated to latest software update and checked the phone with *#0*#, so far so good, what else do i need to do now?

How to force close an application? Is it long press the home key and swipe to close the apps?

light leaking. the led is on top but that is ok it doesn't leak to the screen. i am talking about the 2 touch screen buttons below.

Put a shortcut to Settings > Running Services. Select that app and press STOP MUTHAf***A!

My S3 also got same issue as yours. I saw the light coming from the bottom of the screen in black background and in dark room. Totally forgot about that.

its a beam of light that reaches nearly the centre of the screen. it is not that small issue although i can leave with it. but its hell annoying. anybody got same issue?

Cannot create shortcut.

Ok, do this instead, open App Drawer, go to widgets Tab, drag settings to your desired screen then select Running Services.

If you hate or lazy doing any backup and restore then i suggest you avoid rooting and flashing. It will save you any hussle later on.... I believe your files been wipe out when you do your first hard/factory reset. I did advise you to transfer all your important files to your external sdcard first before doing your very first hard/factory reset.

Scrollable wallpaper we can found in previous Android version: Eclair, Froyo and Gingerbread.

our charger is using usb cable right.
what if i get the longer usb cable, about 1-2 metres long.
will it affecting the charging quality?
