Hi, anybody here adopts Pescetarianism or Ovo-lacto vegetarianism diet? Apparently, it helps to boost my energy level when running long distance and fast running. All in all, my body feels lighter. I’m sure there’s a great diversity of food habits amongst vegan athletes.
Mind to share your diet as an elite runner or casual runner?

Hi, I walk and run with mid foot strike and landing. Take off the stride with fore foot. So far is run efficient for me.. there is a lot of running factor we need to learn and adapt to a natural running posture. Many of us are too self-conscious on how they run.
