First of all the A baggage bus is late and it took me freaking 2 hours to get my bag.

I think they miscalculate the face the event changed from Dataran to padang merbok. haiz

This is not running...it Nike we ZIg Zag.

Seriously agree. rclxms.gif
I dodged here and there, and even got ppl bump into me. cry.gif
I'm now thinking if my own pacing is what it should be now. hmm.gif

No need to train after Nike 10k and before PNM? ohmy.gif
I did some 10k 4 days before my Nike 10k and yet, my hamstring still a bit tight now. sad.gif

that's normal as your muscles may not adapt to the mileage. Make sure you do proper recovery after every run i.e. stretches/self-massage etc. then those muscle tightness will hardly occur anymore unless you introduce a new speed or run over your limits during a race later on

I've just use Counterpain yesterday night. blush.gif
I bet it occurs due to the slopes. I didn't train for slopes, really didn't expect to have so many slopes. doh.gif
I will do more warm up next time! flex.gif

Run with midfoot is better? Yesterday i run 4km as recovery run for my nike run using midfoot, and I don't feel any pain on my heels at all! ohmy.gif

actually running we don't use heel to land .. only mid-foot or forefoot  smile.gif

I run for a year with my heels, and my balls on my heels hurts.
And now I finally know that running with midfoot and forefoot is the correct way!
Thanks, guys! blush.gif

If this is the case, why all shoes have so much cushioning on the heels?
I prefer they put cushioning on the forefoot. sad.gif
