QUOTE(seydee @ Oct 14 2012, 12:09 AM) First of all the A baggage bus is late and it took me freaking 2 hours to get my bag. Seriously agree. I think they miscalculate the face the event changed from Dataran to padang merbok. haiz This is not running...it Nike we ZIg Zag. I dodged here and there, and even got ppl bump into me. I'm now thinking if my own pacing is what it should be now. |

QUOTE(ncbf @ Oct 16 2012, 02:44 PM) that's normal as your muscles may not adapt to the mileage. Make sure you do proper recovery after every run i.e. stretches/self-massage etc. then those muscle tightness will hardly occur anymore unless you introduce a new speed or run over your limits during a race later on I've just use Counterpain yesterday night. I bet it occurs due to the slopes. I didn't train for slopes, really didn't expect to have so many slopes. I will do more warm up next time! |

Run with midfoot is better? Yesterday i run 4km as recovery run for my nike run using midfoot, and I don't feel any pain on my heels at all!
