wow auhckw, I see the races from your siggy, you are being hard on yourself, curious, your body can cope?

Kind of amazing for a beginner/intermediate runner to challenging 30KM in a short training period *Respect*

I'm mentally prepared, but my body isn't. My leg is not recovered yet as of today. I really hope I can recover on time to try the 30km. But I won't push it this time (unlike PNM). I have to be fit enough for the Penang run which is more important.

good geography lesson to refresh our memory. thats indeed very true. and couple with the usual suspect of high humidity in Putrajaya, your body will response to the humidity by sweating alot more w/o u realising it. hence you will get tired faster compare to running in other places (particularly at nite) once u get tired, ur legs will not carry you properly and fatigue/tireness creeps in. and there goes you HITTING THE WALL, probably at a much more early stage of the run.

either he is damn fast or damn slow. How can he missed the route? HM has the most participants and won't get lost.

for those who are 1st time on Penang Bridge, they will be a lot of Thai runners, so if you want to challenge them, be prepared tongue.gif

Hey guys, got the RM100 voucher for compression tights for Sports Direct from last PNM run.

Tried redeeming it at 1U outlet but they don't know jackshit about compression tights.

Anyone know which outlet has it? Gonna try using them in my first FM in PBIM next month.
