Energizer much tougher! Same loop 5 times! This was pretty tough too. Saw a few people had to be put on drips!!  shocking.gif

For me not so....5 loop with long climb, just mental torture. Energizer killing part is the final climb to the finishing line biggrin.gif

Depends on where U stop lh... Putrajaya roads can be very confusing & the signboards are very misleading... after 6 years working in Putrajaya, I still get lost sometimes.... & the worst thing is that, once U miss a turn or a junction, there's no way to turn around..without getting lost again...  tongue.gif

tell me about it man, i spent half an hour driving around Putrajaya looking for the LYNR booth -___-.
but mainly because i was fed the wrong location lol, zz.

Congratulations to all FM and HM finishers! You've done a great job and there's 1 more event to be memorable of in your life =D

Question: Do any of you feel that it's harder to run at night? In terms of perceived effort, and actual performance? Yes or no, why?

From what my older running friends mentioned, which is purely their opinion, is cause of the lack of oxygen that's needed for aerobic performance of our muscles. It's chilly or windy at night, but doesn't mean the oxygen content is as high as morning. Google show me results only applied to western countries, but it's a tropical weather here, with diff in temp and humidity, which will affect breathing. So...that's why I'm asking =D

I used to wear these kind of Titanium / Magnetic thingi. The effect is kind of placebo / temporary. You will feel different initially but after sometime no diff.

So if you wanna wear it, only wear it during special events for the 'special' effect

night time heat underground that grill under hot sun for more then 10hr will raise up, especially shower rain for awhile smile.gif
but after 11pm+ air temperature will starting to drop then only start to cold till tomorrow morning...thats y we only able see mist around 2am smile.gif
but too much cloud, less wind and hot day will not make the air temperature drop so much, cause all the heat trap under the cloud.
