Yes I did. They got sent me another email, where they gave you the pass and username to check your payment status.

I tried to log on into it but the portal said invalid code. Now I cant check my payment status and my BIB number.

Already sent an email to them to confirm this matter. Now have to just wait

damn cekap the customer service. yesterday I sent my email about my troubles and today they managed to solve for me already.

and also I realized they did not sent me the receipt for racekit collection.
