for race day, water/isotonic drinks may only be consumed lesser as you approached race hour. if possible clear your bowels and water tank b4 race. No spicy food day b4, no too heavy food. carb loading are done a few days back.

and best way to have a good run, phsyed yourself up , give yourself a good talk. run with a clear vision smile.gif and Enjoy the scenery.
