i threw away the box and now i dont really know how to pack the pc...any tips??any one with experience on posting a pc?or should i bring it as a luggage on the airplane?

its a huge pc...not sure where to find box of that size.

You can ask from any electrical stores. TV, washing machine boxes might be fitted. If they are stingy offer them few bucks. LoL

I agree with swmung on the box from other shops... even places like Giant have huge stockpiles of used boxes you could ask for.... as for luggage... no... u can't... its a HAF x ur talking about not some SFF chassis... the airlines categorise that as oversize baggage and I'm sure it'll weigh more than 7kg so it will have to go into cargo

dismantle the GPU and HSF (I assume u have a big HSF), tighten the screws on the HDD and ODD, stuff some newspapers inside keep your peripherals inside the HAFx and stuff some more newspaper inside, make sure to ask for a fragile sticker when checking the baggage in...and lastly... PRAY

yea i would suggest taking it apart as well and wrap it nicely and securely to prevent any bad things from happening
either that or leave it as it is and wrap the whole thing + foam and pay the needed amount for the big package.
maybe u can ask around in garage whether got anyone that don't want a hafx box

hmmm alright ......or should i buy a new casing that cost rm 50++ then hand carry it my pc into the plane and ship mt casing over lol.

not necessary IMHO... why waste RM50 on a cheapo chassis when u can save $$$ using the methods we suggested?? u plan to move somewhere permanently or will you fly back with the PC again??

If u can find sunbeam lanparty bag, its pretty useful
