can not eat full full... Eat 70% full ok ady.... Then eat lesser but frequent if you can't tahan. For me, i can tahan. It's just how bad and how concentrate you want to diet and control your appetite. Discipline & self control are needed. I'm happy that many of my colleagues realized and say hey you lost weight.... You look slimmer... Your leg gets smaller... Your tummy now not so pregnant liao woh.... Lol.... Happy happy
