Just leave that work experience out of your reference, like you never work there before. That will be better, cause if you don't want the company to contact your past HR, they will think it's cause your work is not good or there is problem.

I went on my own ady just now... Throat infection & very swollen that's why fever...

Everytime sick also de same, when i sleep till enough got energy to walk liao only i go walk to the nearest clinic..
Someone who hold me tight, when i cough till felt like my lung is coming off..

Someone who will run to get my asthma pump for me, when i can't breath...

Someone who can be there for me when i need that person the most ... 

But ... I am forever alone ... i need myself the most
