as the topic above .. ive searched but i didnt found it .. so if any body have or did found any tuto for glass effect ( like vista bars ).. feel free to post it here ...

i'll write it..
open up the image..
make a new layer..
select rectangular marquee,
make selection,
fill with white..
on the layer pallete reduce the fill to 25%
then add additional effect like stroke and drop shadow.
