Basically, Windows 8 RT is for tablet, can only run those apps from the Windows store
Windows 8 pro is full PC version, can run those EXE programs as well as Apps from Windows store.

Tat is what I understand also..jz wondering is there any other differences apart from tat and hardware spec..actually I prefer windows 8 pro bt but know how expensive it will be later..

It depend what is your main usage, tablet is mainly used for web browsing, play games, lighter and can carry around easily, 500 - 600g.
Windows 8 pro run on laptop, can execute all the exe programs, do office works, even the ultrabook also heavier then tablet > 1kg

There will be a lots of hybrid tablet/laptop from different manufacturer after Windows 8 launched, so you choose what is suitable for you.
