I browsed through this forum and couldn't find anything relating to Centrio SOHO, so I thought of sharing it here with hopes of getting advises from the property sifus around.

Anyone heard of this place before? Mind to share your views and comments? I am interested to lock one unit but am quite sceptical due to some reasons.

On going price : MYR400++ per sqf
Tenure : Leasehold
Maintanence Fees : Unknown
Total units : est 200++

Basically, you can choose either you want it for residential or commercial. Understand that maintanence fees is on the high side and utilities will be based on commercial rates. But good point is rental value should be sufficient to cover or if you are lucky, you might even get to pocket some depending on your initial investment.

Another setback, should I choose to stay, then I might face the possibility of having offices as my neighbours. And it will be quiet like hell at night I am sure.

I have been to this place and i love the place so much! the design and layout is so unique and most importantly there are trees everywhere!

Low density and i saw many expatriates staying there too.

Hi, i'm looking at this too. somehow its completed on 2010..seems still lots subsale..

I like that green concept, very impressive. Now discussing with wifey if we have enough bullet for a small unit.

Bro, if you search thru Iproperty you can see prices varies from about 550K to 750K depending on build up. Maintenance from 0.35 to 0.40 psf.

go for garden unit not alot unit left i guess

Thanks Teddie, If I really purchase a unit in Centrio, very high chance for own stay. The greenery is good for the mind, therapeutic effect.

Centrio is under residential or commercial? Due to 3rd prop I need this info for calculation.

if u talking about the SOHO unit there- i got residential loan from Orang Cina Bukan Cina Bank

some bank treat as commercial property loan

Hard to get value from valuer for this prop

How loud is the prayer recital? Bearable?

any soho unit left ?
