Celcom Broadband Manager - Connect button Greyed, Unable to click on Connect Button

Dear All, I have recently purchased the ZTE MF190 modem for Celcom Broadband. After installation of the software the interface screen appeared with Connect button Greyed  .. And I was not able to click on it at all  .... I have tried reinstalling this software few times .. no change .. even tried installing after cleaning registry .. the screen appearnace didn't change  ... (herewith enclosed the screen shot) 
Tried installing it in another PC and it worked .. no issues .. Connect button turns Blue after plugging modem ..  Needed your expert help ... plzz guide me ...  Have a good weekend Best regards Nikhil |

try uninstall the software..then go to device manager..uninstall usb hub device..then reboot ur pc..and then plugin ur modem
