i tested myself
without vpn i get higher ping to xx game server
but with vpn i can get lower ping

which is good, although the server cant do browsing well ... quite slow maybe they capped the speed

Have tried both since April this year. I find the ping on MyTunnel server is lower overall but is getting higher now due to more and more ppl?? Anyway they have gaming servers.

Both also have downtimes occasionally for maintenance. Moonlight community sure more active and many helpful members on there who know about vpn. They currently opening more VVIP servers which I havent tried.

I personally prefer the openvpn software used by MyTunnel to connect, I don't have to reconnect to specific server everytime I wanna torrent/downloading or game.
*
well u just the lucky one hu din get into the other side of mlvpn community ~
anyway regarding the vpn software, they are both using openvpn
just that mytunnel is using openvpn generic client with the random remote function while the mlvpn is using custom coded program which i found irritating since they can't write it well ... the program is crappy anyway

oh and for vvip thingy, i remember they got gaming server too but need paid extra more
while mytunnel can get it @ normal price
great latency, great service ... only draw back is the group is accepting everyone who not even using mytunnel services and the community is not so active compared to mlvpn

but if for staff, mlvpn is the worst i ever bump up to sweat.gif

oh yeah 4got to mention this, about the downtime thingy
i paid for 2 months but i only able to use it on 1st week maybe till 2nd week
then i wasn't able to use anymore, they got "maintenance" as least that's what they said
then i just wasted 1 and half month of subscription whistling.gif

guess i'm the unlucky one sweat.gif
