Good day everyone.
I got an interview with Danone Dumex in Nilai this coming tuesday for the chemist position.

Is anyone work there? How is the working lab-environment? Salary-range? Benefits?
Please do share some of your experience.

One of my texhnician's husband work there. Dun ask much though. But he went for a trip to Bali this year due to the factory performance.

so its an ok company i guess?

Salary is ok, very good benefits If u like talk to ppl, stay in lab will be MAD~~Chemist is under R&D or QA??

From the job description more like QA type of work.

Danone dumex is one of the best FMCG co.

Good benefit and bonus...

They having certified in HACCP and ISO too...

You will be in good hands with that organization. First off, they have the resources and sufficient management education to execute what needs to be done for the good of the company as well as its people. Having gone up for and against them in the past, in terms of brand development, have left me with a high regard of the company crop of staff.

Like P&G as well as Unilever, this is one of the few companies that still takes pride in developing meaningful future leaders. While it would not necessarily be an easy road to take, it will certainly prove to be a fruitful one in hindsight.

I have been apply for a position with this co. before but there was no luck yet so far...coz i wish to get a job somewhere nearby since i'm staying in seremban...currently working in PJ...travelling everyday...

Finished the interview yesterday. kinda disappointed...
They had a sudden budget meeting. And I had to wait for hours. After that the lab manager just interviewed me generally.
She also looked very very tired.

If I'm short-listed I have to drive all the way from Penang to Nilai again!!! @@

They offered back but I didnt accept. Now working freelance.

may i know whats the reason you rejected their offer?

At first I went for the interview. But they rejected me with the reason I might continue my phd study.
After a week I accepted an offer from another company.
And then after around 2weeks they called back asking me still interested in the position.
So I turned them down.
