Anyway, I wanted to know whether anyone here know how to get the PS3 CE? I've got the 1.0 CE but since I will get the ps3 version, so was thinking to pre-order the ps3 and get myself the early access and pre-order bonus. The thing is, is there a place where us malaysians in malaysia can place pre-order for boxed version?

or I have to do the amazon pre-order with ps3 digital download version? I went through the ARR beta forum and nothing there as well.

I can only do the digital download if I want the pre-order bonuses? if like that it sucks since well, i'm in sabah.. our internet speed sux bad, my area here cant even upgrade to a measely 4Mbps, spent like whole week to download the beta and I can't imagine with the full realease of ps3 version....... or should I wait until the game shops here sell the ps3 version.... which mean forgetting bout the pre-order bonus

edit: I remembered with CE 1.0, I order from here as well lol, forgot the person helping out with getting early copies of the game

It's currently undergoing beta testing, and it's not open to the public. The official launching date is on 27th Aug 2013. However you can pre-order the digital download version. It's not available for download though until you're inform by email from them.

Concerning the region, it does not matter to us in malaysia. After game launch, you just need to buy the game, either from local game shop, get the code, register the square enix account and link the code. Or, you do it the simple way by buying online, get the code, link it with ur account, and download the game. The region for us only difference in monthly price either being in US dollar or Dollar pound.

Edit: i'll just post how I got in. Been playing in Titan server, but will log to main menu every 30mins or so and recreate new char for tonberry. Then finally the server is available and I joined in to a queve, and was at no.14 for me. However, after like 5secs, I successfully joined and watch the opening scene

or alternatively, use the free security token with ur ios phone or android phone.

If the key is for the pc, can't use for ps3, I remember someone in the test forum have tested this

when you first create your character, the final option will be to select a server/world for ur character to play. If you want to play in tonberry, pick it when u reach the final stage before naming ur character. likewise for adamantoise. Character can't travel between world/server, so you will have to make both and level both if you plan to play 2 different server

Yes, you dont need to worry bout the version you buying
