maybe bards are like buffers leh ? not healer of sth like that.. sooo as long as buffs are up should be fine

If bard plays like 1.0, then yes, they will just be buffers. Gameplay will most likely be:
1. Run to melee group, sing a melee buff song
2. Run to casters, sing mp regen song
3. DPS a bit while buff is up
4. Rinse and repeat

can't pew pew pew all the way i is sad a bit

you can however, stick with the mages, pew pew while u buff and keep pew pew!

bard still dps wot... maybe can buff when not dpsing.

I need some enlightenment on Summoner. How they fare in PVE and Boss Fight? What are their roles in a party, etc

summoner should be an offensive caster with his ifrit-egi ? because scholar can heal with the fairy-egi. thats what i assume

Yea SMN summoner for short form will be DoT Damage over Time caster with pet dps
