Anybody knows what are the black dots on the fur?
Is it lice, mites or fleas?
Any idea how to self treat, or must send to vet?

Hi everyone.
Anybody knows what are the black dots on the fur? Is it lice, mites or fleas? Any idea how to self treat, or must send to vet? Attached thumbnail(s)
