i think hay is the best, u can try some wooden made toy which they can asah their teeth by biting it.
but it do not gv other benefit, so i would prefer hay  icon_rolleyes.gif
oh so bayam is a NO to GP  laugh.gif
i will try other vege as now i only provide the most is cabbage and "yau mak".
Hagen GP pellet with vit C is a must to my GPs.
i just feel they make it as after meal snack, if i dun gv them pellet with vege.
they will wheek angrily  rclxub.gif

Haha, sounds like mine... if only give pellets with no vege, they will look at me and wheek, waiting for more food. Everyday must have few different types of food, pellets, vege and hay, if not they feel its not complete.

hay is a must ya 24/7 in the cage. so that they can chew. Luffy having the same problem but I realize it before wet chin happen. but Luffy is the molar grows long not the front. the front is ok smile.gif
cheaper than mine. MIne is rm 10+ since they have to put Luffy to sleep first.
Hi Xavi! hehe. not an operation la. basically just to trim the molar teeth. not front teeth ya.  rclxub.gif  what doc Jenny said is Malaysian pigs normally no problems since they have long nose hence more room to chew and for the teeth to grow. but with short nose gp the problem can easily come. huhu. anyway Luffy is jumping and running like no body business! haha

Bathing your little piggy!

List of things u wanna get:

* Tub or bucket
* Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo or pet shampoo (make sure its for kittens/cats!) or just get Small Animal Pet Shampoo.
* A used tooth brush or a shower brush
* Warm water or a water heater
* Vinegar (optional)
* Morning towel (get at least a dozen of it  )
* small plastic jug or a cut used bottle (tis is jus for pouring water)
* Pureen Corn Starch baby powder

Steps

1- prepare the tub or bucket with the warm water.. the water level must not be higher than their mouth level jus about 3cm depth is good enough..
2- test the temperature of the water.. make sure it is not too hot, if ur hand can bear it and not burnt then they will be fine.. gp prefer warm than cold bath, giving them a cold bath will jus frighten/shock them, introduce ur piggy into the water carefully
3- once ur piggy is settle down , u either use hand to rinse their fur with water or use the cut plastic bottle or jug to pour the water on their fur...once wetten, shampoo them thoroughly , use the brush to brush their fur to cleanse off any debris and then rinse off the shampoo afterward. if ur piggy have mites issue.. u can now follow up with a vinegar bath
*vinegar bath

4. after rinse off dry them thoroughly using towel
5. use hair dryer to hasten the process.. once 90% dried, pour bits of johnson baby talcum over their fur and comb of with a pet groom comb.. pour some of the talcum of the underbelly as well
6. jus make sure they are thoroughly dried again
7. reward them with some treat for the good behavior

Hello all sifus
Can guinea pigs live with dogs peacefully? How about with cats? Or are they like nemesis to each other?

Probably ok if its tall enough. Mine is cloroplast + the Daiso grids coz if build the cloroplast too tall then its not stable, I need the grids to support the cloroplast. Maybe you have some better way of designing your cage smile.gif
